As IT Support Engineer you are responsible for the maintenance, configuration and support of our 24/7 automation solutions for the international media and broadcast market. In First- and Second-Level-Support you are the contact person for our customers and solve their inquiries and problems. Your diverse and demanding tasks also include the installation and commissioning of our playout servers and the associated software, all developed in-house. Being in direct contact with our customers, you are also the interface between our customers and our development department.
