CaptureBox is our ingest system for recording SD, HD and UHD input signals supplied via IP or SDI. It can record multiple signal sources simultaneously in different formats using configurable profiles and supports common standard broadcast file formats. The system offers different types of recording, such as crash, scheduled and loop recording.
The complete ingest workflow is controlled and managed via an intuitive, multilingual user interface. In addition, control by external applications via Advanced Media Protocol (AMP) or REST interface is possible.
Ingest jobs can be created by both DiSA applications (either database based or via REST API) and external applications (via REST API). The Ingest API automatically distributes the ingest jobs to available ingest nodes.
